Style 2216 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1991.

Men's Shirt & Waistcoat:

Loose-fitting shirts with back yoke have front button closure, single breast pocket, pointed collar and side slits at the hem. Model 1 shirt has above elbow length sleeves. Waistcoat with front welt pockets has lowered armholes and pointed front hemline. Waistcoat back is made in lining and has back ties.

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in very good vintage condition.
