Simplicity 8585 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1978.

Misses' Pullover Blouse, Skirt with Detachable Suspenders and Scarf:

V. 1 or 2 blouse gathered to neck band has raglan sleeves. V. 1 with button trimmed, top-stitched tab has long sleeves with buttoned cuffs. V. 2 has about elbow length sleeves with sleeve bands. V. 1 or 2 skirt gathered to waistband has back zipper and pockets in side seams. V. 2 has detachable suspenders and matching scarf. 

Size  12:

Bust  34 inches/ 87 cm

Waist 26 1/2 inches / 67 cm

Hip    36 inches / 92 cm

Pattern is cut and checked complete. Envelope has a tear at top back corner, store stamp and writing on the front.
