Butterick 4515 vintage sewing pattern, dated ca. 1975.
Misses' Evening Jacket, Halter Top, Skirt & Pants.
Semi-fitted, flared, unlined jacket has standing turn-over collar extending into tie ends and wide full length sleeves. Close fitting halter top has V neckline with back button closing, shaped under-bust seaming, under-bust gathers, and back zipper closing. Flared evening length skirt and flare-legged pants have waistbands.

Bust 32 1/2 inches / 83 cm
Waist 25 inches / 64 cm
Hip 34 1/2 inches / 88 cm
Pattern is partly cut and checked complete. Envelope is in good vintage condition, with light spotting and wear around opening.
