Style 1273 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1975.
Young Shape - Misses' Pinafore Dress in Two Lengths and Blouse:
Pinafore dress with raised waistline seam has lined bodice and midriff band, "V" neckline, slightly extended shoulders and back zipper. View 2 has top-stitched trim. Blouse with collar has front button fastening and long set-in sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs.

Waist 28 inches / 71 cm
Hips 38 inches / 97 cm
Pattern is partly cut and checked . envelope is in good vintage condition, with a store stamp on the front.
