Style 4301 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1973.

Misses' Blouse, Skirt and Trousers: 

Blouse with forward shoulder seams has collar, front button fastening and set-in sleeves. View 1 has long sleeves pleated into buttoned cuffs. View 2 has short sleeves with turn-back cuffs. Skirt is panelled. Skirt and trousers have elastic thru waistband casing from side fronts. 

Size   12:

Bust   34 inches / 87 cm

Waist  26.5 inches / 67 cm

Hip     36 inches / 92 cm

Pattern is partly cut and checked complete. Envelope has some tears around around opening.
