Simplicity 8696 Vintage Sewing Pattern, dated 1988. 

Misses' Easy-to-Sew Loose Fitting Pants and Pullover Top.

Top has short kimono sleeves. Tapered pants have front pleated to waistband, back elastic casing and side seam pockets.

Sizes 10 - 12 - 14:

Bust    83 - 87 - 92 cm (32 1/2 - 34 - 36 inches )

Waist  64 - 67 - 71 cm (25 - 26 1/2 - 28  inches)

Hip      87 - 92 - 97 cm (34 1/2 - 36 - 38 inches).

Pattern is UNCUT and factory folded. Envelope is in good vintage condition, with a store stamp on the front.
