Simplicity 5075 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1973.

Simple-To-Sew Misses' Super Jiffy Tunic, Mini-Skirt and Pants:

The lined tunic V. 1 & 2 without side seams have "V" shaped neckline. V. 1 is fastened in front with eyelets and lacing. V. 2 has front separating zipper. The mini-skirt V. 1 and the pants V. 2 without side seams have elastic waistline casing.

Size  12:

Bust  34 inches/ 87 cm

Waist 26 1/2 inches / 67 cm

Hip    36 inches / 92 cm

Pattern is cut and checked complete. Envelope has wear and small tears around edges.
