Simplicity 8369 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1969.

Men's Pajamas in Two Lengths and Sleepcoat:

The pajama tops V. 1 & 2 and sleepcoat V. 3 with front button closing, have "V" shaped neckline, "notched type" collar, patch pockets and set-in sleeves. V. 1 & 3 have long sleeves. V. 1 has purchased corded piping trim and one breast pocket. V. 2 & 3 have two hip pockets. V. 2 has short sleeves. The long pants V. 1 and short pants V. 2 gathered at waistline with elastic webbing have fly front opening with gripper snap fasteners. V. 3 has self fabric tie belt slipped thru self fabric carriers.

Chest 38 - 40 inches / 97 - 102 cm

Pattern is partly cut and checked complete ( mostly uncut). Envelope is in very good vintage condition, with some handwriting on the front.
