Maternity Smock-Top and Pants in Two Lengths in Misses' Sizes:

The maternity smock top gathered to lined yoke has low round neckline and front button closing. Smock-top V. 1 & 2 has contrasting yoke and short, set-in ruffled sleeves. V. 1 has rick-rack trim. V. 3 & 4 are sleeveless. Long pants V. 1 & 3 and short pants V. 2 & 4 have adjustable elastic waistline casing.

Pattern is cut and checked complete. Pattern envelope has handwriting on the front, tears around opening with flap removed.
