Style 4743 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1974.

Misses' and Women's Dress:

Dress with waistline seam has front yoke, shaped lowered neckline, back zipper, set-in sleeves and optional purchased belt. View 1 has long sleeves and button, self fabric or cord loop trim. View 2 has short sleeves.

Bust   34 inches / 87 cm

Waist 26.5 inches / 67 cm

Hip    36 inches / 92 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in good vintage condition, with some light paper tanning.
