Misses' Blouse:

Loose-fitting blouse with or without purchased drawstring hemline has pointed collar, front buttoned closing, purchased drawstring shoulders, edgestitching and topstitch trim. Sleeveless, three-quarter length sleeves worn rolled up or full-length sleeves elasticized at wrists. C and D: have shaped patch pockets with buttoned flaps.
