Style 3000 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1971.

Girl's Blouse, Bolero and Trousers:

Blouse with collar has front band with button fastening and long sleeves gathered into slightly cut-in armholes and gathered into buttoned cuffs. Lined bolero has lowered neckline and top-stitched trim. Slightly flared trousers have raised waistline, front zipper and button fastening. 

Size    10:

Breast 28 1/2 inches / 73 cm

Waist  24 1/2 inches / 62 cm

Hip     30 inches / 76 cm

Pattern is partly cut and checked complete. Envelope has wear around opening, store stamp and date on the front.
