Sew Simple Young/Junior Teens' Dress.

Pull-over-the-head flared dress is elasticized around the wide, frilled, neckline, and has optional ribbon shoulders ties. The deep frill around the lower edge is gathered and applied forming self ruffle. The dress may be worn with or without purchased belt. 

Size   11/12:

Bust:  32 inches / 81 cm

Waist 25 inches / 64 cm

Hip    35 inches / 89 cm

Pattern is cut and checked complete. Envelope is in very good vintage condition, with some handwriting on the front.
