Butterick 6057 sewing pattern, dated 2001, now out of print.

Misses' / Misses' Petite Dress, Slip and Pants:

A-line, fitted dress/close-fitting slip, above ankle, have side slits and narrow hem. Dress: cap sleeves and back zipper. Slip: pullover and shoulder straps. Semi-fitted, tapered pants have partial front/back waistband with elastic sides, back zipper and side slits.

Size  8 10 12:

Bust   30 1/2 - 31 1/2 - 32 1/2 - 34 inches / 80 - 83 - 87 cm

Waist 24 - 25 - 26 1/2 inches / 61 - 64 - 67 cm

Hip    33 1/2 - 34 1/2 - 36 inches / 85 - 88 - 92 cm

Pattern is partly cut and checked complete ( slip and pants pieces are uncut). Dress back neck facing piece has a small tape repair. Envelope is in good condition.
