Misses' Dress:

Mock back wrap dress, lower calf or above ankle, has close-fitting, shaped front bodice with princess seams, flared skirt, side zipper and below elbow length sleeves with button cuffs. A: mock tuck at lower edge. B: bows, purchased trim. 

Size   12 - 14 - 16:

Bust   34 - 36 - 38 inches / 87 - 92 - 97 cm

Waist 26.5 - 28 - 30 inches / 67 - 71 - 76 cm

Hips   36 - 38 -  40 inches / 92 - 97 - 102 cm

Pattern is cut to a size 16, all sizes available in envelope, checked complete, EXCEPT FOR knot piece, which is a small square, easily duplicated. Pattern envelopeis in very good vintage condition.
