Vogue 9777 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1979.

Misses' Tunic, Pants and Skirt:

Semi-fitted, one-shoulder bias tunic, with front and back gathered at shoulder to form shaped tie ends, has pointed hemline. Tunic is elasticized at left underarm. Straight-legged pants have elasticized waistline and back zipper closing. Straight evening length skirt has elasticized waistline, side zipper closing and left side hemline slit. Topstitching.

Bust    34 inches / 87 cm

Waist  26 1/2 inches / 67 cm

Hip     36 inches / 92 cm

Pattern is partly cut and checked complete. Envelope has a lot of wear and tear around the top end.
