Misses's shirt dress... Look slimmer pattern:

The top-stitched dress with princess seaming has front button closing, notched collar, set-in sleeves and can be worn with self tie belt. V.1 has long sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. V.2 has short sleeves. V.3 sleeves have turn back cuffs. 

TWO copies available; choose size from drop down.

Bust  36 inches / 92 cm

Waist 28 inches / 71 cm

Hip    38 inches / 97 cm

Pattern is UNCUT and factory folded. Envelope is in good vintage condition, with a store stamp on the front.
