Vogue Special Design 4164 vintage sewing pattern, dated ca 1960. 

One Piece Dress and Jacket.

Slim skirt joins bodice at waist-line. Low oval or high round neck-line with extension band. Above elbow length and short raglan sleeves. Zipper back closing. Straight jacket with collarless neck-line has welt pockets and below elbow raglan sleeves.

Bust   38 inches /  97 cm

Waist 30 inches / 76 cm

Hip    40 inches / 107 cm

Pattern is UNCUT and factory folded. Envelope is in very good vintage condition, with some small tears around opening.
