Simplicity 6184 Vintage Sewing Pattern, dated 1965.

Misses' Blouse, Top and Skirt:

Blouse with long set-in sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs has Peter-Pan collar, back button closing and optional ribbon tie. Skirt has center front inverted pleat, waistband and side zipper closing. Lined, sleeveless top has low round neckline and side button closing. 

Size  14:

Bust  34 inches / 87 cm

Waist 26 inches / 66 cm

Hip    36 inches / 92 cm

Pattern is UNPRINTED and checked complete, tissue in good condition. Envelope is in good vintage condition, with a small tear at back of opening.
