Simplicity 5594 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1964. 

Misses' Skirt, Blouse and Jerkin (Skirt and Jerkin Suitable for Suede Skins );

Blouse has notched collar, front button closing, long sleeves with cuffs and buttons. Line jerkin has optional top-stitching trim. V.1 has pockets. V.2 has tie belt. Skirt with side zipper joins a waistband. Suede skin skirt always lined; other fabrics lining optional.

Bust   32 inches / 81 cm

Waist 25 inches / 64 cm

Hip    34 inches / 87 cm

Pattern is UNPRINTED, checked complete, in good condition. Envelope has some handwriting and a store stamp on the front, paper scuff mark on the back.
