Simplicity 5042 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1968.

Junior Petites' Dress in Two Lengths (With Two Collar Interest):

The dress with collar and top-stitched flap pockets features jumbo or big zipper front closing. Regular-length V. 1 has short set-in sleeves and top-stitched collar. Above knee-length, sleeveless V. 2 has "stand-up" collar.

Size    7 JP (Junior petite):

Bust   32 inches / 81 cm

Waist 23.5 inches / 59 cm

Hip    33 inches / 84 cm

Pattern is printed, cut and checked complete. Envelope is in good vintage condition, with a store stamp on the front.
